MEASURING EQUIPMENT

Ensuring quality is one of Lst Components’ top priorities and defining strengths.

To deliver the highest quality across both our in-house and externally manufactured components, we operate a comprehensive suite of measuring equipment.

This includes an automatic vision measurement machine, two profile projectors, a surface roughness tester (profilometer), and conventional metrology tools such as calipers and inside/outside micrometers, among others.

AUTOMATED INSPECTION MACHINE

We operate our own in-house automated inspection machine to ensure full conformity with every dimension specified in our drawings and to consistently meet the agreed PPM targets across the programs we support.
